SHARDS of Skelly — A Magical Family Halloween Show

1. Ticket Purchase Terms

By purchasing a ticket to “SHARDS of Skelly,” you agree to the following terms:

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation.
Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and location selected at checkout.
Entry requires a valid digital or printed ticket and may require a matching ID.
Children ages 2 and up require a ticket. Lap seating is not permitted.
Each venue may have its own access policies (e.g. ADA seating, late arrivals) — please check the venue page in advance.

2. Event Changes & Cancellations

In case of event cancellation by the organizer, you will be entitled to a full refund (excluding service/processing fees).
In case of rescheduling, your ticket will be automatically transferred to the new date. If you cannot attend, a refund request may be submitted within 7 days of notice.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

No refunds will be issued for missed shows, late arrivals, or personal schedule conflicts.
Ticket exchanges (e.g. date or time changes) are not guaranteed but may be accommodated with 72+ hours’ notice, subject to availability. Email us at: info@bubblesshow.com
Reselling tickets for profit is strictly prohibited.

4. Health & Safety

SHARDS of Skelly is a family show. Disruptive behavior, intoxication, or unsafe conduct will result in removal without refund.
If health regulations (e.g. CDC/local mandates) affect attendance, updates will be provided via email and website.
